Lloyd has spent twenty years operating as a camera professional across some of the most demanding and reputation-sensitive environments in the UK and internationally — government, law enforcement, financial institutions, security organisations and humanitarian settings across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has worked at every level of production, from major commercial and broadcast productions to sustained relationships with leading corporate and public sector organisations. He understands what it takes to work quietly and precisely in rooms where the stakes are high.

Heba brings a different but equally rare perspective. Before co-founding Lumanoor, she spent close to two decades in senior operational roles inside major organisations, leading high-volume recruitment programmes at national scale, managing complex stakeholder relationships under significant public scrutiny, and building operational infrastructure from the ground up in some of the most demanding institutional environments in the UK. She understands how large organisations make decisions, where communications tend to fail, and what it actually takes to reach the people who matter.
